This property is just what the pictures look like, and is in a great location with grocery stores and restaurants very handy. The pool is great and the lazy river was a blast for this kids. Clean and in a good state of repair, which isn't always the case at some places. Highly recommend!

My work group does a trip to AZ every year and this house by far had the best pool. The lazy river was amazing and the customer slide and waterfall really complimented the pool. We are a larger group and it still felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. Not only would I recommend staying here, but I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The property's luxurious features were evident in many aspects of our stay. The comfortable beds, pillows, and high-quality towels and toiletries aligned well with the estate's upscale positioning. The adequate lighting and inclusion of an office space were appreciated touches that enhanced the overall experience of this luxury accommodation.
However, there were several issues that didn't quite meet the expectations for a high-end rental. The air conditioning system wasn't sufficiently cool, which was particularly noticeable given Scottsdale's warm climate. Some areas lacked window blinds, compromising privacy and light control - an oversight in a luxury property. In the kitchen, the absence of bare cooking essentials like salt and a leaking stovetop water tap were unexpected inconveniences in an otherwise well-appointed space.
Communication could be improved to match the luxury standard of the property. The unannounced arrival of a housekeeper shortly before check-out and pool maintenance staff two hours prior were disruptive to our stay. For a premium rental, we expected better coordination and communication about these services.

From start to finish the whole weekend was fabulous. Andromeda met us at the front door with a big smile and set the tone for the next four days. House housed my sons and their families and dear friends perfectly. The casita allowed the 6 month old have quiet time/nap while the 4 - 10 year olds could play non-stop. Young adults loved the middle lounging area of the pool and the four old folks (husband, myself and dear friends) love the front patio which was quiet and secluded. And the kitchen allowed Fat Freddie's room to bring in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful retreat. Memories and pictures of family and friends will be cherished.

50th Anniversary Party

We brought friends and family together for three days to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in with Andromeda, who is fabulous, to our last good bye the weekend could not have been more perfect. The kids loved the slide, lazy river pool, and the mini golf course. The middle kids love the spa and the center eating area where they could converse like adults and still watch kiddos. The casita was perfect for the couple with a 5 month old teething baby as she had a quiet place to sleep and those of us in the house didn't hear a peep. And my husband and I just enjoyed what a simple "I do" 50 years ago created. I can't thank you enough for sharing this beautiful home and having such a wonderful staff be available for any issues that could come up.

Very rarely do rental listing pictures understate how amazing the property is, but they might here. The property was absolutely incredible. In retrospect, I almost wish I had scaled back some of the golf to hang out on the property more.

Everything from Hozho was well organized and clear, they were friendly and no nonsense to deal with.

Wonderful Oasis in the desert

We had a wonderful time with 6 couples and children at the Scottsdale Oasis this fall. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The back yard was phenominal. With the heated pool, lazy river and hot tub, we were able to enjoy the water even though the outside daytime temperatures were in the 70s and nighttime in the 50s. Paid extra for this but it was definitely worth it.
The basketball/pickleball court and putting greens were in good condition and the outdoor fireplace was enjoyable. There was equipment provided for the backetball/pickleball court and putting greens. We brought our own pool toys and fire wood.
Everthing went smoothly from checkin to checkout and the communication from the host was excellent.

The good - the house was terrific :spacious, well-appointed (I had been a little frightened that the kitchen equipment might be lacking due to the instructions we received but all of the equipment we needed for cooking, etc., was available!). The outdoor area was also terrific - pool area awesome, sport court, etc. All clean and well kept.
The not so good - so I am an instruction-follower and we received many via email, the app, posted on the house front door and booklet -before and during our stay. I would have been happy to follow them but many were confusing, contradictory or wrong. Every Vrbo we’ve stayed in makes a huge deal about garbage days, which I get. Different instructions listed different days for garbage/recycling. The instructions said that the pool remote was in the kitchen. It wasn’t, it had been installed on the pool equipment (and super hard to read in bright sun, and hard to use without instructions!). I guess these things are annoyances. Where it got a little uncomfortable is that one day a man showed up in the backyard out of nowhere and our daughter (10) was out there, and came running in. To us, unfamiliar with the house, there didn’t seem to be an easy way into the yard from the front but obviously there is.... We had no idea who he was or why he was there. Then, later that day the aforementioned trash was taken out super early in the day for the next days pick up by someone (not us). My husband sent a note to the rental mgr. asking if more people were scheduled to come onto the property because it was disconcerting that people were there and we had no idea who/why/when. The response was actually snarky - since we think their employees are “scary” no one else will be on the property! We didn’t say that; we had a legit question and got a needlessly snarky response. AND on top of that, the very next day my daughter came running into our room at 7:30am because a man was outside her window. It was a

We had a large group who enjoyed the house so much! It was well kept and stocked with dishes. There was so much room for everyone to sleep and having the separate Casita space made it easy for a group that went to bed at different times.

The pool is absolutely amazing. We spent 99% of our time there. I would definitely rent this place again. 100% worth it!

We had 8 adults and 10 children ages 1 to 13. It was the perfect home with casita to fit us all. Very clean with everything we needed. The backyard was amazing from the pool, lazy river, hot tub, TV bar area, putting green and sport court. The kids ran from one thing to the next all day long. The location is a quick drive to all the hiking and shopping we wanted. We would definitely recommend this property.

This property was even bigger and better than pictured. Great spaces inside for large gatherings. Our group of 10 was very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Full sun along with 60 degree days had us in the water and around the pool all day. The hot tub, lazy river and slide were great! Highly recommend staying at this property.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, the accommodations are great. We did ask and pay for the pool to be heated, but we were not told this comes at the expense of the heat in the spa. Had we known that, we never would have paid for pool heat. When we asked for this to be changed, after several texts with the property manager, we were sent a Youtube video to try to figure out ourselves. Many of the deck chairs had worn/torn webbing, which was made worse until we noticed them ripping. Upon booking, so many emails were sent that the one advising to download the app was missed. The 7 emails I received the day of booking could have been consolidated into 1 to make the information more clear.

The outdoor space for this house is amazing! Lazy river, slide and large heated pool were a hit. The swim up bar/spa area was awesome! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool table and poker table were a nice bonus. House and Home was a great host, they answered any questions we had, check in was a breeze and the home was clean upon arrival. We will certainly be staying here again in the future. Thank you!

Enjoyed the home overall. For all the reasons indicated in previous posts. But, I must add that the customer service, and attention to cleanliness was not provided much during my stay.
Customer Service - It was not easy to communicate with property manager before and during the stay. For instance, On a nightly basis I received "noise complaint" text messages. Eventhough, there was minimal noise and before the 10pm noise curfew. I tried to receive some direction from property manager and never got a call back. It was not enjoyable knowing that I might receive a threatening text message that there are complaints and not knowing what the issue was or how to remedy. It certainly took the enjoyment of the home away a bit.
Cleanliness - we arrived to some very noticeable areas that were not cleaned, toilets, dog poop and a melted ice cream on top of the patio table.
For this caliber of a home, these items should be given more attention and expected.

We had the BEST time at this location! We had plenty of space to sleep and the backyard was insane! We fit 18 comfortably here and would absolutely recommend to a friend! Felt very clean and safe especially during Covid, you can tell they went above and beyond for cleaning the rooms/bathrooms/backyard. Excellent house and will be returning!

This properties backyard was amazing. We had a great time lounging by the pool. All the rooms were spacious. with 14 people staying there we never felt cramped. The property manager Tony was always very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that likes to spend time at the pool

We travelled with 2 other families (3 total) for 5 days to Scottsdale. 6 adults and 6 kids the house accommodated everyone perfectly, the pool and yard area were well used and perfect for everyone. Kitchen and interior accommodations were good. House was clean upon arrival as well.

Excellent vacation home for large family

We had 3 families stay here for a weeks vacation, 9 teenagers. We didn’t even need to leave the home. Everyone was entertained, from sun up to sun down. The grounds were clean and so was the home. We would definitely stay here again! The basketball court and pickle ball were definitely an extra that was used! The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Close to hiking.

Toni the management host was awesome, attentive and always a call away. The lazy river was great in thought but not much in execution. It was not wide enough for tube with person to enjoy without having to have your feet or arms getting hit on walls. With so much property wasted they should have made it much wider. The entire back yard is run by Alexa so if you are not tech savy this is not the home for you. The beds and pillows are an after thought as they are not comfortable, this was a common comment by all 7 of us. The casita is awesome, well done however the arcade game console with over 200 games did not work so the younger folks in our group were bummed. Player 1 down and jump button did not work so it made the machine useless. I can say we were not charged for the heat on pool as it was a new system and the pool was so cold we could not use it until the last day when they put in new propane heaters which it worked well after that. They ask you to take down trash cans and recycle cans to street which makes it like you are at home with chores. There was also a weird smell on one end of the home which none of us could find the cause of. It is a nice home, great back yard, great staff just lacking the little details that warrant a $1000 +\- per night cost. It should be around $500 counting the age of the home, poor backyard layout.

We had 12 people and it was the perfect size! The accommodations are top notch. The backyard is an adult playground. I highly recommend!
