This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you can’t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool, in-ground spa, built-in water slide, grill, mini fridge, and 65” TV. Practice your short game on the putting green. Play a game of basketball or pickleball on the sports court. Play a game of corn hole, or relax on the lounge chairs around the pool! Too hot outside? Relax in the movie theatre, complete with a projector and surround sound.

Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and a family-style table to enjoy dinner. Just off the main living area is a rec space with a pool table, poker table, TV, and high-top table.

Indoor luxury: The home consists of three master suites.
The main 3 bedrooms are king beds and a private ensuite bathroom, making it the perfect place to relax.
Bedroom 4 has a queen bed sharing a full-size bathroom.
Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and shares a full-size bathroom.
Bedroom 6 has two twin over full bunk beds.

Pool heat is available by request at a rate of $100 a day. It will be applied to the entire stay.
There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.
RV Motorhome Parking is available with approval.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

This was a good place for my family and I to spend a week in Scottsdale. We had 8 adults and 3 young children in our group, and felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool and backyard amenities were great for keeping 3 kids under 5 entertained, and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group.

Very much recommend this place. Just needs a few minor repairs. The dining room table has a huge crack, tile crack/gouge in one of the bathrooms, the pillows are quite uncomfortable and it would be a good idea to seal the cracks on the pool slide due to scorpions hiding and coming out of multiple cracks. But these are just general maintenance repair needs that all places would need periodically.

This house did not live up to our expectations. The house was really run down and in need of some updates to be considered a higher-level rental. The outdoor whirlpool was disgusting with green Algae growth all over the bottom. The pool pump/slide sporadically worked and when someone came from the property management company came to look at it his comment was "yah this happens."
We were notified upon arrival on Saturday that the garage door was not working as someone would be there to fix it tomorrow (Sunday). On Sunday we were told someone would be coming to fix it Monday. Nobody showed up and then on Friday (checkout day) we got a text saying someone would be there sometime today to fix. The house is full of ceiling fans on remotes. Half of the remotes didn't have batteries in them and the ones that did very few of them actually worked. The carpets & outdoor patio cushions were filthy. The outdoor chaise lounges were so worn out from the sun the material was breaking apart. It's actually embarrassing the owners wouldn't want to throw them away rather than have people see them. I think if the owners spent a week in this house there would be some improvements because I doubt they would be satisfied and would make the effort and a little bit of money to improve this house. Overall it was a disappointment especially since we invited another family to stay with us. We have stayed at a lot of homes in the Scottsdale area and this is one we would not go back to.

Was quick to respond at all times, there was a minor issue one day and he had his team there in less than 2 hours to fix it. Got us into a great club through his friend. Responded almost immediately. The house is beautiful, lots to do. We were never bored. The amenities there were on par- pool table was very high quality. Pool and slide were great condition. Same with the grill. Great time, great accommodations. We love the beds / bedding. Great gathering places inside and out.

The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. The pool was good, but the pool tiles surrounding the pool (inside pool at water level and white tile trim around the pool) were disgustingly dirty. Although we paid extra to heat both the pool and the hot tub, the hot tub was never used - it was simply too dirty.

Overall I would give this house 2 or maybe 3 stars. We were three families visiting from Michigan. For almost $2,000/night it’s not as well kept and nice as you’d expect or as nice as the pictures look. There is chipped paint in multiple areas of the how, trim falling off, shower door broken and replaced with old curtain, broken tiles by the pool, broken glass all over behind the basketball hoop, the basketball hoop is broken and can’t be raised up, and pickleball court way to small and tight to play a real game. Bathrooms and kitchen are small, fyi. The pool worked well and kids enjoyed it, but the issue was any water from the pool (or rain) floods the out door seating area and kitchen so you have to be barefoot or your shoes are soaked in an inch or two of water. The putting green is not great but fine, corn hole boards are super cheap and they only had 6 bags and all the same color so had to buy our own. Bedrooms all worked out fine, pillows were super cheap and soft, bring your own if you can or buy one there.
The management company seemed nice, our hold bags got there a day early and they put them in the house for us. They were supposed to meet us at the house to show us around and how to control the pool, etc, but never showed up. Overall it was just not a well kept property and we felt like they have done everything as inexpensive as possible or do nothing to keep the house up.

Desert escape was the perfect place for our family to gather! There were so many things we could all do! The pool was absolutely the best! Our grandchildren loved the slide! The basketball court and pickleball court were also a hit! The pool table and poker table were great for family games.
The house was just as described! We came into a very clean house! The location was just great.
Just a couple of things needed attention: the carpets could have used a spot cleaning for all the dark dirty spots,the bathroom toilet in the master room ran all the time, no outside entry lights on the driveway entry, with 12 people we could have used some extra silverware, there was just enough for the 12 of us, the sliders were really hard to open. Otherwise we all were very happy with our stay at Desert Escape!

Desert escape was the perfect place for our family to gather! There were so many things we could all do! The pool was absolutely the best! Our grandchildren loved the slide! The basketball court and pickleball court were also a hit! The pool table and poker table were great for family games.<br/>The house was just as described! We came into a very clean house! The management company was not accommodating to an early check-in request even though no one stayed in the house all week. Overall, would stay again but don’t plan to check-in until 4pm.

We had 5 families in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. House was clean and it's in a great location. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Had an issue with the pool slide not turning on, but I called and it was fixed 10 minutes later. Only negative was two of the bedrooms were very warm even with the air on. Would definitely stay at this property again though.

This house could not have been better for our group. With three generations of 10 adults and 5 children, ranging from 6 to 7 months, this house was perfect for us. But the reason for the 1 star is this place currently has a rodent infestation. We started finding rat droppings in the hall, kitchen and near the furniture. We found bait & snap traps in the garage and movie room behind the chairs (don't let your kids reach down back there). We sent Tony a quick email letting him what was going on, that we weren't upset and if he would like to refund one of our four nights as a goodwill gesture we would be open to that so he could remedy the problem. We get that these things happen. To our surprise, he responded with a negative response and a "I don't like your approach" and that he will investigate when we leave. No apology, no concern, no sorry I made you live with rodents on your vacation. Given the rat traps, we didn't think this would be a surprise. One night to go and the next morning we found mice droppings on the kitchen counter next to our food. They had chewed through some snack bags. Totally disgusting. We video documented the whole thing and left the premises. Then we get an email from Tony a day later, which I will quote verbatim for you."Ummm..Sorry, there was no issue here. We have these setup in all of our vacation homes. It is called living in the desert and having a vacation rental with people going in and out constantly with food everywhere. In just the few emails, I've recognized your behavioral pattern and you have threatened me and my business. Thanks, Tony." LMAO. Ok, Tony! Not sure what this guy is thinking. Our family loved staying at this location, the house was great the kids had a blast so much to do. Overall we thought the house had all the accommodations that we needed. Would highly recommend this place and will most likely stay there next time we come back to Scottsdale. The staff was right there if you needed anything. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children. Photos and description are accurate. Very convenient location close to shops, hiking, groceries. Big yard that goes beyond the fence near the pool. Floors in main area could use a good scrubbing. The last night, one tub didn't drain. I reported it when we left the next morning. Tony was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns before and during our stay. I didn't give the property 5 stars b/c some of our issues had been brought up by previous guests. We still had a great time and made use of everything this house had to offer.

Our family of 14 just completed a wonderful four-night stay. The house is spacious and in great condition. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor space, making use of the pool, fire pit and putting green. The beds were all very comfortable and the bunk-bed room worked out well for our young people. Location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Anthony was a great host -- responding within 30 minutes when we had a pool heater issue on Saturday. There were some minor maintenance issues (slow shower drains, a randomly beeping smoke detector) but they didn't detract from a great stay. Highly recommended!

This house was great for the 16 of us! The house is huge and very close to old town and other popular attractions. The backyard was a gem with the big pool and amazing outdoor lounge area. The negatives of this property, however , was that something’s didn’t work. The hot tub did not heat up, the outdoor fridge didn’t work, the slide also initially did not work. The wifi was spotty. The sliding doors constantly fell off their tracks. The pool quo’s were unusable. The basketball was flat.
One other thing I’ll point out is the fact that this place did not have any dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper ( only had a couple rolls), paper towel, or dish towels. I feel If you want your guests to keep your place clean you should provide basic cleaning items such as these.

13 women stayed here. We had plenty of room as the home I spacious. We loved the backyard. The furniture was nice and new. The theater was fun. Here are the issues: the kitchen is lacking in everything except glassware. There isn’t one pan that was usable. No large serving bowls or platters or cutting board. The carpets are stained, the extra blankets smelled like urine. The whole house had a funky smell. Not one mirror in any bedrooms. Only mirror was in bathrooms, which made it difficult for everyone to get ready. We all agreed it was designed and managed by men. We had an issue with one sink. They responded ASAP but dropped off a bottle of generic drano for us to fix ourselves. We did it as directed but sink was still slow. I contacted mgmt again and didn’t get a response. The phone number at the home with mgmt info was incorrect.
Prior to our arrival mgmt was very responsive. Overall is it a nice house that needs to be restocked and mgmt needs to hire new cleaners.
Recommendation: Eggstacy restaurant about 2 blocks away is amazing for breakfast or lunch.

They responded ASAP but dropped off a bottle of generic drano for us to fix ourselves. We did it as directed but sink was still slow. I contacted mgmt again and didn&#x2019;t get a response. The phone number at the home with mgmt info was incorrect. <br/>Prior to our arrival mgmt was very responsive. Overall is it a nice house that needs to be restocked and mgmt needs to hire new cleaners. <br/>Recommendation: Eggstacy restaurant about 2 blocks away is amazing for breakfast or lunch.

13 women stayed here. We had plenty of room as the home I spacious. We loved the backyard. The furniture was nice and new. The theater was fun. Here are the issues: the kitchen is lacking in everything except glassware. There isn’t one pan that was usable. No large serving bowls or platters or cutting board. The carpets are stained, the extra blankets smelled like urine. The whole house had a funky smell. Not one mirror in any bedrooms. The Desert Escape home was perfect for our group of guys seeking a warm weather escape from winter. The house fit our every need. Special highlights for our group were: the excellent hot tub; the theater room; the outdoor living space; and the location convenient to golf and spring training baseball. But really everything was excellent.

The overall appearance of this home was satisfactory. Several items were reported to management on check in that needed repair, not all were addressed during our stay. Some basic things were lacking in the kitchen, i.e. baking pans, storage containers, serving dishes, spatula, and kitchen towels. The management was quick to respond to a replacement coffee pot and dilapidated outdoor games. There is a dangerous step by the pool that was reported in previous reviews that remains a hazard. While we expected to put our trash in designated cans we did not appreciate being asked to put the previous guests trash out at the street for the weekly collection, that should be a mgmt. co. responsibility. House was nice but not worth the rate.

This house is huge and beautiful! 3 master suits with the own private bathroom. 2 queen bedrooms, double bunk bed room and a theater room! Pool and hot tub was great. This house has everything you need and more. Definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here. It's so nice you won't want to leave!
