Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.

Check in and out times are set to allow our housekeeping team time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Property was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Great location which was easy to get to everything (airport ~15 minutes). We all had a wonderful stay. We only had a couple of minor issues. The TV randomly turned on in middle of every night, waking us all up (we had turned the volume all the way down before going to bed). Also, WIFI was weak and made TV streaming buffer alot. Tried to reset several times but still kept buffering.

Everyone had a room with a King Sized bed, there were multiple bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the living and kitchen area were spacious and easy to hang in, and the backyard and pool were perfect for what we needed. The inside has an open concept so when we walked in the front door we could see straight to the back sliding door to the view of the pool and back yard, which we loved. Positives: All bedrooms are large with more than enough space for all of our belongings; crisp linens on the beds; double wash cloth & towel sets placed on each bed; hand soap pumps & lots of toiletries in all bathrooms; snacks and beverages provided as part of our check-in & Anthony was very quick to respond when we had to reach out for a minor issue upon check-in. Negative: No curtains or blinds on windows at the front and back of the house so people could see straight through and see us so we weren't able to hangout in the living room, dining room or kitchen at night unless we were ok with people driving by & walking by seeing us; the drainage system in 2 bathrooms was very slow so we ended up standing in dirty water while showering; internet didn't work on all tvs.

Anthony lists his place on many sites that do not have the same traveler screening features in place as Airbnb. Be prepared to jump through a couple of extra hoops. It’s worth it!
