Welcome to our home. This beautiful 7-bedroom 6-bathroom home is located in Central Scottsdale with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
A complete remodel; everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy your vacation. Enter through the wrought iron front door into the large, open floor plan that flows from the living and dining areas into the kitchen. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating situated around the 70" wall mounted Smart TV. Two dining tables and barstools around the large kitchen island offer plenty of seating options when cooking and entertaining. The kitchen has all the necessities you need including a double door refrigerator, toaster, blender, and a duo Keurig/coffee pot.

Bedroom Configuration:

Bedroom #1: King bed with ensuite. The master suite opens into the backyard with a seating area. Attached is an opulent bathroom with double vanity, walk-in, double rainforest shower, and a spacious closet.
Bedroom #2: King bed with large double closets.
Bathroom access in hallway with large walk-in rainforest shower.
Bedroom #3: King bed with ensuite. Attached double vanity with a bathtub and rainforest shower.
Bedroom #4: 2 Full beds with large double closet. Bathroom access in hallway with large walk-in rainforest shower.

Additional Beds - Two rollaway beds on site. One sleeper sofa in the casita.

All bedrooms, living room, and movie theatre are equipped with a FireTV and include YouTube TV.

Additional Amenities: Theatre room with SONOS surround sound, private pool and hot tub, gas grill, gas firepit, and pool table.

We have blazing fast GIG-speed Internet for this home perfect for your workcation.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

We stayed here for a guys golf trip and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and had a great layout. Communication with the property management was easy and we received prompt service. Will be looking to stay here again un the future.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic vacation in Scottsdale, Arizona, where we stayed in a house that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and quickly realized we never wanted to leave. The house was even more impressive in person than in the pictures—beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable especially the beds. The layout was perfect for our needs. We could relax on the patio while keeping an eye on the kids swimming in the pool, and the indoor living spaces were spacious and inviting. With amenities like a fantastic pool, a fun mini-golf area, and a well-designed interior, there truly was something for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation.

My family had a fabulous time! The kids didn't stop playing from the time they woke up until they passed out at night.....amazing slide structure in pool, fun hot tub, movie theater and pool table was amazing during the heat of the day. The H&H team was so easy to work with and helped coordinate a private chef to come in and cook for us one night which was so cool! We were told that the casita is new and it was great for the adults. Great bar that opens to the pool was perfect to sit in shade and have a drink while being able to watch the kids in the pool. Thank you so much, we will return!!!
