This large backyard has plenty of seating, a pool with a water feature and grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool.

Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite with private bathroom attached. Full size bathroom with walk in shower, private toilet room, and a dual sink vanity with plenty of space to get ready at before a night out in Oldtown! Includes a sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom that shares full bathroom in hallway with bedroom 3
Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bedroom that shares full bathroom in hallway with bedroom 2

For those traveling with horses, there is available stalls and equestrian areas with parking for truck and trailers. The property is only 5 miles from Westworld. Book now for the horse shows coming this fall and winter. Please inquire about the stall space. This is a separate part of the property that would need to be quoted out and made available.

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.
Dog Friendly home. $150 pet fee per pet. 2 Dog maximum.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

FAQ’s

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15-to-20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short distance.

Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Excellent property; appliances worked well. Nice interior and exterior spaces. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend better over lighting in the entire property. Also, would’ve liked to use the outdoor fireplace.

Property manager was very helpful and communicative. However, we felt a little like we were being watched the whole time. Someone came over to pick up tools from the garage while we were there. Someone came to move an empty recycling bin and count cars in the drive way while we were there. And lastly, 2 men showed up without notice at 8am to fix some plumbing issue, didn't tell us they were there, just helped themselves through the back gate and were meant to stay until after noon until I personally spoke with them. We were only staying 1 full day, so it felt a little like these things could have been taken care of when we weren't there spending $1000. It's a little unsettling for a group of women to have on 3 separate occasions, random men show up at a house you've rented in an area you're unfamiliar with.

The house was amazing clean and the backyard is so great! Pool was awesome and did not need to be heated in May. BBQ area was awesome for cooking. Plenty of room outside to sit down and enjoy a meal or the sun. All of house was perfectly clean and very comfortable. We highly enjoyed our stay!

Quiet paradise

Great home with amazing outdoor space. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had decent supplies to help us make all our meals and even bake! The pool area is where we spent our days at home and couldnt have asked for more. Its a quiet area but easy to walk to stores! Very pleased with the whole experience and we loved the pool table too.

I’m not sure that you can any pictures of this place that tell the whole story, this place is meticulously maintained and has great amenities. Makes you feel at home immediately. We spent most of our time between the swimming pool and the pool table. Not sure how else to describe our stay, other than the perfect getaway.

The outside was very spacious and with alot amenities including horse peering over the back gate. My grandson enjoyed the hot tube, the pool and the horses. And of course to numerous bunnies on the front lawn were fun to watch as well. The house was well priced and was beyond our expectations.
