Description

Welcome to your vacation home that has been beautifully renovated to create a new hospitality destination within the heart of vibrant and colorful Scottsdale. The open floor plan of this home provides one large entertaining area in the center of the house that flows the dining room, kitchen, and living area.

The kitchen has a free-standing kitchen island with four barstools, giving you plenty of counter space to prepare a home-cooked meal. You'll find new appliances throughout the kitchen including the basic necessities and utensils alongside a Samsung double-door refrigerator and Mr. Coffee Pot to jumpstart your morning.

Our home offers a private in-home theatre for movie night! Pop popcorn and kick back in the reclining theatre chairs with immersive sound from our Sonos system with wall-mounted speakers.

Step into the beautiful backyard that features a state-of-the-art pool and hot tub. You'll also find a private guest house in the backyard and a game room in the garage featuring a pool table.

Our home is centrally located in north Scottsdale, just a few miles from the Kierland area which boasts amazing shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms are located on the house's west side, with a master ensuite and another full bathroom down the hall. The hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #1 - King, master with ensuite. Newly renovated bedroom including a twin-over-twin trundle daybed and a massive walk-in closet with sliding bar-style doors.
Master Bathroom: Dual shower heads with soaking tub in this complete relaxation station. His and her sinks and full-length mirror. Linen closet for storage.
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed with a private closet for storage and a wall-mounted Insignia Smart TV. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
Bedroom #3 - Queen bed with a private closet for storage and a wall-mounted Insignia Smart TV. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
Located on the east side of the house is one additional bedroom and the private in-home theatre.
Bedroom #4 - Two Full beds. Wall-mounted Smart TV.
Casita:
Bedroom #5 - King suite in a private casita in the backyard of the main house. Full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Additional Beds: Two rollaways

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

The only negative was some rooms of the house were hotter than other rooms but overall a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent use of space in this vacation home. It has everything - beautiful, larger than most pool, hot tub and outdoor area. Movie theater room. Casita. It was perfect for our group of 7 but could have easily added another person or two. The outdoor tv and pool area were perfect. Kitchen is large and equipped with newer appliances. However, there were minimal kitchen supplies. No storage containers, ziplocs, seasonings, etc... Which was fine for us because we ate out most of the time. Only other wish was that it had one more bathroom but we made it work and would definitely stay there again. Good location regarding to restaurants and shopping. A little road noise but totally doable. We had trouble with the water to the slide and management was immediate with a response and had it fixed within minutes.

We paid for pool heat only to find a luke cool pool basically in swimmable we were then told we could either have a heated pool or a warm hot tub, but not both. As it was end of November this was clearly a disappointment. Additionally,in a house for 14 there was seating for 8-10 max we were told we should have “looked at the pictures” to know how much seating was available. .

My family of 4 stayed at the property for a week and overall, our experience was good. The kids loved the pool and the sundeck. House was spacious and clean, lots of tv's, fast wifi, good quality beds and linens and had the minimum kitchen basics for a vacation stay. Now for the bad, the house is located on a very busy street and the noise was terrible and it made sleeping very difficult. The spa was attacked daily by birds who dropped unknown items into the spa so we declined to use it. The house could use a bit of warmth such as extra blankets, soft towels, a couple of clocks, more than one dishtowel and some kleenex. If you just need a base for your vacation, it will work well.
