Welcome home!

This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you can’t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool with a grotto, a built-in water slide, an above-ground hot tub, and a swim-up bar to the ramada equipped with a new Traeger Gas grill, mini fridge, and TV for all your entertaining needs. Practice your short game on the putting green or relax on the many chaise lounge chairs around the pool and bask in the Arizona sun! Too hot outside? Relax in our newly built movie theatre, with projector and Sonos surround sound.

Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and two seating areas to enjoy a family dinner. Just off the main living area is a rec space with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, high-top table, and a 65” TV.

Indoor luxury: The home consists of three master suites. All with king beds and private ensuites, make the perfect place to relax after hosting your family. Bedroom four has a king bed, sharing a jack-n-jill style bathroom with bedroom five, which has a queen bed. Bedroom six has a queen bed sharing a full-size bathroom with bedroom seven, which has two full beds.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite with full-size bathroom attached. Twin over twin trundle bed that helps accommodate extra sleeping arrangements. The bathroom offers a large jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

The home comes equipped for your family vacation. Linens are provided for all the bedrooms. Pool towels and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to prepare those family meals.

Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $125 per night. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the property. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the description. Upon check in we were greeted by the sweetest woman who gave us a tour of the home, went over some of the details and made us feel very welcome. All the rooms had both pool towels and shower towels, which was very helpful. The pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. Our only wish was that there could have been shade umbrellas for the pool area as it was incredibly hot. The location was perfect and we were able to get Ubers very quickly and affordability to get downtown. Looking forward to staying at this property again

We had such a great time at Anthony’s listing! The property felt like a resort. The outdoor space was a hit the whole weekend. There were plenty of rooms and sleeping space for 17 of us, towels, linens, etc. The host also had some snacks and coffee pods waiting for us which we loved. The only issue we experienced was that the bedroom next to the master had some power issues where the power shut off twice during our stay, and from what the technician said it has happened before. Despite that, the host was responsive and sent the technician out immediately. I would absolutely recommend this listing, we would love to stay here again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Almost every room has it's own bathroom. The theatre room kept the kids entertained. The pool is amazing, the pics do not do it justice. The location has easy access to grocery stores, target and restaurants if you ever get out of the pool. Our group enjoyed every moment.

This house has great potential. Location is great. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. The pool and hot tub were nice although the hot tub seemed to be over chlorinated. We did have some concerns/suggestions. The freezer did not work. We had ice and ice cream that melted onto the floor. We called and reported it, but no one came to fix it or look at it. There were no spices in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. The kitchen could use more towels. It was frustrating that the house had a pellet BBQ but we were told pellets were not provided. We cooked two meals on the Traeger and had to buy a bag of pellets. We also had to buy a cooler to keep ice cold.

Again, this house has great potential, but things could be improved. Our contact when making the reservation was very helpful. I would recommend this house if these issues were to be addressed.

Everything we needed for a great 5 night stay. Teen boys loved the pool/hot tub/movie room/game room. Parents loved the big open spaces to meet/cook/eat. Everything was clean. Plenty of parking. The master bedroom is enormous. If you go in December and you plan to use the pool a lot, definitely pay to heat it. Nice quiet neighborhood, but still so close to so much. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

The property was in a good location. Close to golf and Old Town. Unfortunately, that is the best I can say about it. I have stayed at probably 20-30 rental properties now so I have a good basis to compare to, The home is generally worn, you can tell it's hosted a lot of bachelor and bachelorette parties. The ice maker did not work. The master bedroom gets too warm in the middle of the night, I'm assuming because the A/C is set to some type of eco mode. The pool controller is annoyingly sluggish and unresponsive. The provided garage code did not work. The hot tub had an unusual, unpleasant odor. My friend has a degree in engineering and could not get the grill to function correctly. It took 90 mins to get cheeseburgers medium-rare. I could live with all of that. What frustrated me the most was that the pool heat we paid extra for was clearly not functioning when we arrived and my concerns were dismissed like I would have no idea what a heated pool is supposed to feel like. After more texts, maintenance came out the next day and literally showed me a blown fuse to the heat pump and explained that was the issue. He was able to get the pool heat functional and it was usable for the next two days. I assume there was the hope that telling me it was OK would gaslight me into thinking that a pool without heat was actually heated. Emails and a text about a refund for the two nonfunctioning heat days have been ignored. Paid top dollar, did not receive a high-end property or service.

We had 13 guys on a Golf trip/Stag and this house was amazing, very clean and plenty of rooms, house is big and rooms are spaced out nicely, the backyard is absolutely amazing. Spent a lot of time poolside watching the Masters and smoking meat on the traeger! Very close ride to old town! Will be back one day! That back yard is amazing.

This house was clean, well maintained an an absolute oasis when it comes to relaxation. The pool is much bigger than it looks and the waterslide is actually quite fun. It was well stocked and the location is the best of the best. The rooms are all large and endless!

We had 4 families stay at the property and loved everything about it from the amazing pool and outdoor eating area, new Traeger grill, ample indoor space and garage, games and new washer and dryer. The home and outside living areas were spotless and we had no concerns with anything while gone. The staff was extremely helpful when called on for some minor questions. We plan to rent again as a great location for our families/kids to meet as kids get older. The location is super convenient to golf, hiking, bars/restaurants, shopping. Loved it!

Start with the good, it’s a great house with a lot of fun amenities in a great location. So it’s a fun spot to get away with family or friends. That said, we were told we could pay an additional fee to have the pool heated but that it takes two days to heat it. We paid the fee six days in advance but then were told as we were checking in that the heater was broken, so the pool was around 60 degrees the entire stay. To be fair we were refunded for the fee to heat the pool, but it would have been nice to know in advance that it was broken as the pool was the main reason we chose this house (our friends were flying from the northeast in January to enjoy nice weather and hang out in a pool). So not the best experience with a management company that was not on top of things ahead of check in.

We had a good stay. Overall everything went great. We had a few minor issues that were fixed as soon as we brought them up....garage door opener missing, blender had a crack in its base, etc. The house is beautiful and it was great having three king suites. The two queen bedrooms have a jack and Jill bathroom. The sliding door needs fixing to that toilet....but that was fine. The pool was nice and we enjoyed having it heated. It did help to retain the heat when we put the pool covers back on at night and they were easy to put in on and off.
You can tell this is a corporate rental because most of the amenities aren’t there that we have had in other tea, coffee, filters, Kleenex, more than two rolls of toilet paper etc. There was salt and pepper. No board games . Beach towels were available and we did have just enough dishwasher soap and garbage bags. There were two noodles for the pack floaties if you want more.
The outdoor grill and bar is nice. We watched march madness there. My husband wiped it down because it was pretty dirty...but was nice then. The master suite is huge. You are each given one towel, washcloth and hand towel.
The kitchen was nice and we enjoyed playing table shuffle board, pool, and foosball. The ice machine in the fridge is a little pick up a bag of ice. The location was easy to get to and in a good central location with target and Safeway and Costco within 3-4 miles. The Pac-Man console was a hit. Overall a great trip, thanks! The young gentleman that helped us was very nice. Oh...the dishwasher doesn’t work the rinse right away and run it.

This property was amazing,beautiful decor,and an amazing well-equipped kitchen! We loved spending the weekend in the backyard giant pool with waterfalls and had a spa. It's so many extras to talk about, the house is huge and all rooms are spacious and the games room does wonders for the kids, I will be coming back soon we loved it.

The home is filled with really fun entertainment for everyone. We rarely left the home, but had a great time. My kids did not even watch TV the whole time we were there. Rooms have nice bedding and are comfortable, the house is large enough for multiple families, and the pool and outdoor kitchen area were a big hit. I would stay here again if we return to Arizona.

This home met every expectation we had envisioned for our family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone and spent the days having fun in the swim up bar playing games and heading down the pool slide when you needed to cool down. The A/C was very efficient and kept the house cool during the hottest of days! The location of the home is close to shopping and many golf courses. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Easy living for 3 generations. Heated pool and hot tub were great, even on days when it had rained earlier and the temperature was below 70. Easy access to Musical Instrument Museum, Butterfly Wonderland and airport. Large dining room table for family meals and games.

Bad: Dangerous entry that caused a serious accident. More than several people fell off of it, children and adults alike. The step has hazard tape on it which leads me to believe there had been other accidents. We found out the hard way that VRBO's do not carry insurance AT ALL regardless of injury or even death. Just be aware of this and consider the additional insurance.
Loose tiles around pool also hazardous, teflon pans in kitchen need replacing. We had several physicians in our group who wouldn't cook in them due to health issues.

This 6 bedroom/3 bath home was everything 6 couples needed for a 4 night getaway. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, watching football while grilling & pool bar sitting, simple evenings with inside gaming options allowed for a great gathering place for friends. Location allowed for walking to local gas station, grocery and restaurants. Would definitely return to this location.<br/>Suggestions: kitchen chairs/bar stools could be upgraded. provide more towels, additional kitchen items (nice plastic cups for poolside, Tupperware for food storage, blankets and extra pillows)

My family and I recently stayed here and we all had a great experience! We vacation down in Scottsdale 2-3 times per year and this was our first time renting this home. We were instantly drawn to its central location and size/layout of the pool. Checking in was a breeze and it was nice to receive an email a week out with instructions on how to download the "Hospitailty" app as this contained all the house information. The bedrooms were all a great size and it was nice that each had their own designated bathroom. This is always a must for us when traveling with the family. The house itself was in great condition and we felt very welcomed during our stay. The furniture and appliances were all in good condition and the beds were all very comfortable. The pool area was great! The lounge chairs needed an upgrade but since it was so hot out we mainly spent our time in the pool. The waterfall and slide was a great touch. We'll be looking to come back to this house again soon!

Couldn't have been any more pleased with our stay at Villa De Paradis! The check-in process was incredibly easy and communication with the property manager was great from the get-go.

Pool was the perfect temperature and there was more than enough to keep us all entertained around the house between the putting green, pool, shuffle board, pool table and video games, etc.

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook or BBQ. Can't go wrong with this place!
