Welcome home! This beautiful home was recently remodeled, and you and your guests will enjoy staying here! With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this Scottsdale vacation rental is perfect for any occasion. Additional benefits are a two-car garage and a spacious backyard you won't want to leave.  There is plenty of space inside and out for your family to enjoy. Enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather while lounging out next to the pool. Take a soak in the hot tub after a long day on the golf course or out on the many hiking trails in the area.

The furniture is top-notch, as is the spacious and accommodating floor plan. Outside, you will find a brand new swimming pool and hot tub - the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring.  Enjoy grilling and watching your favorite game from the covered deck while the kids play in the pool.  Practice your skills on our putting green.

We have blazing fast GIG-speed Internet for this home, perfect for your workcation.

The charge for heating the pool is $100 per day.  Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.

We have a local professional cleaning company that cleans for us and a local laundry facility that cleans our linens for every reservation—assuring you of a clean home for your stay.

There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance.

Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

I’d have to say this is one that had the essential in the kitchen, bathrooms. Bedrooms and the play room. I care with a cheese grater because most houses don’t have this nor a colander. They had potato smasher and a lemon squeezer Big plus. 3 of the 5 bedrooms were a little warm. It was 104 out happy the rest of the house was cool. Pool was beautiful tv outside plenty of patio furniture and nice bbq grill. Thank you so much. Will definitely look into doing it again. Totally recommend. Anthony you rock!

While the house was nice, there were a couple concerns that I would point out...we paid a similar price per night in Sedona (front half of this trip). That house included shampoo, body wash, garbage bags, coffee including k-cups, etc. When paying this much for a rental, you don't expect to need to run to the store for such low-cost incidentals. That is just annoying. Otherwise, the house was nice and we really enjoyed the pool/patio.

This house was very nice. Perfect size for our group travelling. Lots of space. Beds were very comfortable. All that stayed said they loved their beds. Lots of activities in the house to do. The kids loved the old arcade game. Pool was nice and the hot tub was used lots as we didn’t have super hot weather for our stay. On the whole a very nice house and location. A few minor maintenance fixes around the house could be done. The floors definitely need to be washed.

We were a group of five older gearheads attending the January Scottsdale auctions. The house, with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, was the perfect size for our group and conveniently located to all of the auction events and our favorite restaurants. Communication beforehand with the host was beyond perfect with any questions we had literally answered within minutes. It was well stocked with shampoo, soap, etc., and all the fluffy towels anyone could possibly want or use. Just bring coffee with you and you're all set!

Nice pool and hot tub, although I wish they would have maintained it more, as we have a hot tub and it should be maintained on a daily basis. The cleaning crew could have done a better job with the dishes. Egg stuck on pans lipstick on glasses. We washed everything before using. They kids did find a vape in the couch, and none of us even smoke. I’m kind of a clean freak, so would have washed all the dishes before use anyway. The guys played on the putting green daily, while all the kids swam. Plenty of room in the backyard for relaxing :) Lots of things for the kids to do. Great place to stay.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights for a guys Scottsdale golf trip (8 guys). The home was perfect with plenty of beds. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (including a pool table, outdoor putting, outdoor pool, hot tub and a lot more!). The location was perfect for us to get to all of the courses we played within 30 minutes.
The best part of the trip was the customer service! We needed to rent 2 vans and the property managers made it so easy-they dropped off both vans for us when we needed them and all we had to do is return it at the airport parking deck with a lock box for a small fee). We stayed at this home for 4 nights for a guys Scottsdale golf trip (8 guys). The home was perfect with plenty of beds. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (including a pool table, outdoor putting, outdoor pool, hot tub and a lot more!). The location was perfect for us to get to all of the courses we played within 30 minutes. <br/>The best part of the trip was the customer service! We needed to rent 2 vans and the property managers made it so easy-they dropped off both vans for us when we needed them and all we had to do is return it at the airport parking deck with a lock box for a small fee). The customer service line is quick and easy and they were always helpful and courteous. We will definitely try to book this property the next time we come to Scottsdale!

This house has a great floor plan inside and out for a large group.Backyard is great for family fun! The kitchen needs to be better equipped. The house is in need of a deep clean, cabinets & walls
wiped down, dust under the beds and floors in the closets. The registers and returns were dusty. all that being said, We would stay here again.

Rented this house for a birthday weekend and There was more than enough room for everyone. We are avid golfers so it was fun to have a putting green in the backyard and having the TV outside was an added bonus when bbqing. I would suggest this house be used by people who have planned activities for the day elsewhere because, as some of the other reviews have said, the neighbor’s dogs are outside all day and never stop barking. Also, there were several remotes that were not working including the remotes that controlled the fan and light in the rooms. Also, there was a dead battery in the garage sensor so the alarm system kept beeping. Overall had a lovely stay with some great friends with a few minor inconveniences.

Games in the house were a special treat for kids and grownups. Lots of chairs indoors and out. Kitchen relatively well equipped.
Only downside of the visit was the dogs next door who often barked non-stop from morning to night.

Picked this property for its location to a family wedding. We were a family of grandparents/parents/small children. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all and as depicted in photos. Even though the pool did not have a gate, the exterior doors had a safety handle so the children could not get outside without an adult. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The home is in a quiet neighborhood however the neighbor behind the house has three dogs that were constantly barking making it miserable when wanting to sit outside and enjoy the patio. Also charged a separate Home Away fee that was not listed/mentioned in the signed contract

Also someone should turn up the hot water heater prior to guest arrival, and someone should check the unit for bugs. We found roach poop and a dead roach in the master bathroom. We rented this house for a family get together. We had 18 people over for dinner both nights. There was plenty of dishes, cookware, etc...The appliances worked well. The kids swam and we had putting contests on the putting green. There was ample sleeping configurations for 12-14 people. The beds and bedding were very nice and new. The house had a pool table, PAC-Man, shuffleboard and a card table. This would be a great golfers getaway! We were close to our family that lives in Phoenix and the neighborhood was quiet. The only negative thing is that the house was run down in some areas and really needed some TLC. It didn’t affect our time there but it was a little disappointing for the cost of the rental. I texted the number for concerns but never got a response. That was a little disheartening. Other than that, I’d recommend it.

Our stay was great. The house and outside area were very clean and the towels provided were a great bonus. Instructions were easy and made our stay laid back. The area was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Great/safe location. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for our needs. 5 couples attending a nearby wedding. We were fairly quiet , but sometimes a little loud, and no one bothered us. Super easy, and the place had everything we needed. 10am checkout sucks, and should be addressed, but other than that , no complaints.

This place is bigger then it looks on the photos. It was perfect for a bunch of middle aged guys out on a golf get away. Other then a few minor issues with a leaky kitchen faucet and shower head, there were no significant items of worry. Yes it would have been nice if the kitchen was better stocked as some reviews have mention but there is enough there to get by for a week.
