After a day of exploration, retreat to the lavishly designed bedrooms, each offering a sanctuary of tranquility and privacy.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.

What a beautiful modern estate home that has everything you need for a long weekend or week ! The company contacted me several days before check-in and made the contactless process of getting in (by key code) easy peasy. The layout and high ceilings are stunning, the kitchen was well appointed with a large island that is perfect for a large family (which was us), there are multiple lounging areas with HDTV's (x3), a theater room, an outside BBQ with counter which was also appointed with its own 6-seater dining table and sofa with another TV, and of course the dipping pool and jacuzzi (with waterfall) area. The location was great as well - about a mile from the restaurant row of old town Scottsdale - which is a nice (20 min) walk or a quick Uber (or Waymo if you are ok with driverless cars LOL), or even a Lime electric scooter (which can be fun along the canal as well). Thank you host !

The home was extremely clean and property was beautifully maintained. The attention to detail in the decor created an inviting atmosphere that felt like a 5 star resort. The location was incredible. Being in the heart of Old Town was just a short walk/Uber away from incredible restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to travel far. The amenities at the property were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living spaces were comfortable and stylish. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of my favorite features was the outdoor area. The patio was perfect for relaxing. The pool area was pristine and provided a refreshing escape from the Arizona heat. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I can't recommend this VRBO enough for anyone looking to stay in Old Town Scottsdale. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. I was in town for a golf trip with 7 other guys and this house was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and elegant place to stay that is very close to the big bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Accommodations were easy and the pool was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend this location to anyone with a medium sized group for a long weekend.
