Interested in Pool Heat!?
Pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool & spa heat is $250/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Pool heat only is $200/night. Spa heat only is $150/night. Please note that we require 5 days notice from check-in if you want to add this amenity.

House was pretty, so much lack of communication between maintenance and the house management. Each blamed each other for the pool problems or us. NO welcome manual so good luck figuring things out. Switches were backwards, hot and cold on the faucets were backwards. One shower did not produce hot water . We had to help the crew with electrical outlets.

Stayed here for a girlfriend’s weekend and had a blast. House was clean, plenty of supplies, and the owner was extremely responsive any time we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Very conveniently located from major stores and food places. It has everything what we needed to entertain kids and adults.
The hosts were super sweet and have everything ready when we got there. They were very responsive prior to our arrival and throughout our stay as well.
If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is a go to place. I would highly recommend this property all my friends and family.

Overall we had a fantastic stay. There was plenty of room for all 12 of our guests and bathrooms for all. The pool was amazing and having floats was a nice touch (although one had a hole in it). There were plenty of plates to eat on but a few essentials were missing if cooking for a big crowd. There were a lot of pots but only one small frying pan, also only one hot pad, and no rubber spatulas. We enjoy the fact of saving money by fixing meals and missed those items. The property was really clean and the mattresses were comfortable. My whole family felt the pillows were way too thick. But maybe that is a preference. One other issue to be aware of that did not effect our stay, one of the master sinks would not drain. This was many of our first times to stay in an airbnb and we loved it!! Thank you for a fun time.

This was my 1st time visiting Phoenix, this experience will be one to remember. My family and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday. Everything looks exactly like the pictures online. The welcome cupcakes were a perfect touch. Thank you for making this a birthday to remember. My guest absolutely loved this home.
