Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and you will immediately be drawn to the resort style backyard that has a state-of-the-art heated pool, oversized spa, large slide, water features and a covered swim up bar complete with 65 inch TV and fridge to keep those beverages cold. The outdoor area also has plush lounge seating, in-pool seating and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and cornhole!

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with wolf appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater complete with Sonos surround sound. We also provide TV’s in each of the living spaces and bedrooms. Need some additional entertainment? Take in a game of billiards, play a game of cards, or challenge your family and friends on the old-style arcade.

Bedroom 1 - King Master ensuite with chaise lounge nestled in front of a personal fireplace, a workout room, and private access to the backyard. Two private toilet rooms in the bathroom and one with a bidet. His and her sinks, two master walk in closets, a dual shower head walk in shower, and a double person bathtub.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed; This library turned into a bedroom offers a second level reading area and access to the warp around, south-facing balcony. There is an unattached, full bath with walk in shower located in the hallway
Bedroom 3 - King ensuite with walk in shower and a queen over queen bunk bed built into the wall
Bedroom 4 - King ensuite with a walk in shower
Bedroom 5 - King ensuite with a twin over twin daybed and a walk in shower/tub combo

Pool heat is available for a fee, please contact us for more information.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Lots of space and we all loved the the spacious bedrooms with a bathroom attached. Perfect place to host our party with a large kitchen equipped with everything we needed. This house sat on a large property that allowed our party to not have to worry about noise complaints. Sydney was also so helpful upon check in! Overall, would absolutely stay again. My only complain was check in is late and check out is too early.

Incredible and Amazing

Couldn’t have asked for a better home! Our host, Sydney, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was amazingly responsive too. She made sure we were well taken care of and took extra time to make sure of it (blew up our pool toys, delivered shampoo, and other needs). As for the home and the pool it was incredible! We spent long hours in the world class pool, using the swim up bar a ton and loved every minute. The privacy of the home was perfect for our large group too. We felt safe and secure and could be us throughout the time there. The rooms and beds were comfortable and amazing. We loved the on-suites. Beds were world class comfortable too. Plenty of room for multiple families. The game area was great too. We spent lots of time playing pool and poker upstairs. The fire pit outside was used a ton to wind down our days after BBQing dinner at the swim up bar. Pickleball and basketball too. We lived our best week. 3 families spent the week in the heat of summer and loved every minute. Highly recommend! Tons of fridge space and the ice machines were huge! 3 ovens and multiple fridges throughout the house plus a washer and dryer in the master (and one in the main house was great). We can’t wait to go back!

This house was amazing and I’m so happy that I chose this as my stay while in Scottsdale. Me and a group of friends came out for a birthday and had the best time we didn’t even want to leave the house! It was full of amazing amenities and had a great pool with a swim up bar! Annual Family Vacay!

We had a fabulous time enjoying the Arizona heat at this beautiful Scottsdale property! The house was amazing, the pool and outdoor space was well laid out and fun, and Sydney (the Property Manager) was very accomodating throughout the trip. We had no issues, but when we had questions, Sydney was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! For our annual family and friends vacation of 12 people this time, it was more than enough space. It could have easily have handled up to 20-22 people.

The house is incredible. I had a group of 20 guys down there and everyone was blown away. The house actually made our group feel small. The backyard set up is top notch and the fellas were entertained all weekend. Book Hozho west! you will not regret it.

We have enjoyed many vacation homes in the past but this beautiful home checked all the boxes. It was spacious , clean and well equipped. We are a family of 10 adults and 6 children. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs and beyond. There was plenty of room to spread out. Everyone especially enjoyed the pool and theater room. The kitchen was a dream and we spent lots of time enjoying that space.
Any issues that arose were addressed immediately by the house managers. The property is amazing. We were surrounded by mountains and cactuses. The location is close to stores, restaurants and activities. We would stay here again.

Our experience was AMAZING from start to finish. We were greeted at the door with wine and snacks for my 18 guests. Any questions I had the team gave me cell phone #'s for immediate response. The property manager even showed up to assist me on her day off and she could have given me instructions over the phone. Very personable and great customer service. A must visit again!!

Fantastic rental for our guys long weekend of golf! Hozho West rental and property management was better than we imagined for our trip to Scottsdale. Beautiful house with plenty of room and amenities for all fifteen of us and property management team was professional, on time and helpful with our rental experience. Pool and backyard was like being at a 5 star resort, no one wanted to leave the facility. Everyone enjoyed our stay so much that we are all talking about making this an annual event, same city, same house!

This house is absolutely perfect for large groups. We stayed here with our entire family (20 guests) and there was no reason to leave the house during our stay. But even when we did, there was plenty to do nearby including restaurants and golf. The house itself is very nice and clean. As you can tell from the photos, the pool is amazing for both kids and adults. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to spread out as much as needed. On top of it all, the host was extremely helpful and very responsive for anything we need prior to our arrival and during our stay. We can't wait to stay here again!

This is a next level Vacation rental! We stayed here and enjoyed every aspect of this rental from the rec space to the movie theatre to the amazing outdoor spaces. Kids loved the arcade game, bumper pool and the pool slide. Adults loved the different lounge areas, the hot tub, fire pit and corn hole. Everyone enjoyed the pool, it was truly awesome. Because of the cool nights we did have the pool heated and it was totally worth it! Property was presented well and the management company was professional and courteous, would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a secluded place to bring the family or friends. The night time/sunset views are un-real. Couple of other tips, have groceries delivered and inquire about massages as they have someone who will come on site. Golf and restaurants also close by that were amazing!
