Description

Desert Views Estate combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and outdoor desert beauty. The estate is situated on a 1-acre private lot in the North Scottsdale area, strategically located so our guests can enjoy some of the most magnificent and spectacular views the desert offers.

Property Highlights: Our desert oasis has something for everyone. Watch movies on the 70-inch television with Sonos Surround Sound in the theater room with a wet bar or challenge each other to billiards, shuffleboard, or a game of cards. Splash in the swimming pool, relax in the spa, practice your putt on the green, or shoot baskets and enjoy pickleball on the full-sized sport court. There are plenty of quiet spaces to take a moment of solitude to read or get lost in the glorious desert views and sunsets.

Indoor Luxury: Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely combined in this spacious home featuring a gourmet chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf gas range boasting six burners and a griddle, Electrolux microwave and oven combo, and wine fridge. The cozy open kitchen and dining space has seats for 18 people, there is a pool table, and televisions in each of the multiple living spaces and bedrooms. Beautifully appointed with tasteful furnishings, 12 ft ceilings, and other luxury upgrades, the house sleeps 23 people with 9 bedrooms and 5.5 baths across four separate sleeping areas, including a casita for two and separate in-law suite that sleeps five, perfect for multiple family use.

The lovely master suite opens onto the back patio/pool area. It features a Bed Boss mattress, tray ceilings, huge windows with mechanical blinds and views of the desert, and an opulent bathroom featuring two vanities, a walk-in shower with steam feature, a separate whirlpool tub, and walk-in closet with built-in chests and shelving.

The spacious covered patio area hosts a cozy seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails and conversation. Barbecue on the outdoor gas grill, complete with sink and prep counter, and eat al fresco in the dining areas, surrounded by deep, comfortable chairs that invite you to relax and enjoy the views. The fully furnished patio wraps around a luxurious pool and separate spa with an infinity edge and waterfalls cascading to create peaceful sounds of rippling water against the tranquil quiet of the Arizona desert.

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay. Early check-ins and or late check-outs only if approved by management. Fees will be applied.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Overall the house was great. We had 9 adults. Everyone was comfortable and had their own rooms. House was clean and well maintained. The one issue we had was with the hot tub not working, not a huge deal but would have been nice to have. Other than that, great house.

This was a perfect home for our soccer team to stay. The home was spacious with a large kitchen and multiple living areas. This allowed for groups to hang out in different areas of the home, or all together. House has all outdoor activities you could want on-site. Home was clean with plenty of towels and very well appointed kitchen with plentiful pots and pans and other items. Home is in north Scottsdale but easy freeway access in less than 10 minutes.

Came here for a work retreat and it was perfect -- the pictures don't do the home justice. This is the perfect place if you want to stay with a large group while still having space to have quiet, individual time. The amenities (hot tub, basketball, pickleball) in the property also help to keep guests entertained. Food options near the property are a bit scarce but the kitchen is well equipped to cook large meals.

We were in town for a family reunion and this home suited our 4 families perfectly. We had enough room to spread out and were still under the same roof to come together. Great house in every way

We had 8 guys for a golf trip, and everyone thought the house was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is spectacular. Extremely quiet and the views of the desert from the backyard were fantastic. Many wonderful golf courses within a short drive. A couple of guys in the group are planning to rent this house for vacations with their large families including grandchildren as there are many fun things to do for all ages. Many thanks for offering this house as it is great in every way.

My three-generation family rents a large home every-other year for the holidays. This home ranks right up there with our favorites. The hot tub is everything! Plenty of space to spread out, pickleball court got a lot of use and we really enjoyed the view from the backyard. On-site manager was very responsive prior to arrival and during stay which was appreciated.

Our excursion was one of Family getting together and sharing experiences about the year. The Home was exceptional. Our recent stay at this outstanding home was perfect. The location was wonderful, we were close to everything shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf;
and the home was everything we could hope for. There were 19 of us, everyone had plenty of room, the central hub/kitchen was a great gathering spot for eating, games, and socializing. The pool/hot tub, bball court and putting green provided more than enough variety for adults and children
(ages 6-18). Everyone wants to know when we can return!

We had a group of 15 guys in from Wisconsin to enjoy a week of golf and stayed in this beautiful home. The bedroom accommodations worked great and the kitchen and dining areas were ideal as we spent most nights in the house. The pool area was perfect...both pool and spa were heated and enjoyed by our guys after golf. Although the house is off the beaten path, shopping and restaurants were within five minutes and several golf courses were within ten miles. I recommend this home for a large golf or family gathering. The property management team was quick to respond to any concerns and questions we had during our stay.

We rented two homes for our sales retreat. 8 people stayed at this home and 8 at another. Amenities were nice as was the layout of the home. We were not at this home a lot because “home base” was the other, which was about 3 minutes away, also in Cave Creek. Mgmt company was fine - but I think they have a neighbor problem of not wanting it to be a rental. The first day we got settled in between 4:30 and 6:30 pm and then we’re off to a corporate dinner offsite until 9:00. Before even getting back into the house I received a text of a noise complaint from the neighbors via the mgmt company. I asked for details because we weren’t actually there that evening and didn’t get any response. Both homes made a big point about noise after 10:00 PM which is totally understandable, but this wasn’t the case. All 16 of us spent most of our time at the other home and had no issues at all. In summary, nice home, mgmt was fine, but plan to be a very quiet group. I’m also concerned this “noise complaint” will be held against us on future rentals - but we were really good guests in both homes. Also, this home did not have any pantry staples like salt & pepper, coffee pods, plastic bags, dish soap, olive oil etc. the other home was well stocked.

We rented this house for a couples weekend away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was so spacious with wonderful outdoor space. We enjoyed the views, the pool, the hot tub, the sport court, the theatre room, and the pool table. It was a great weekend. For how expensive the rental house was, we were disappointed with what was provided. For 20 people staying 4 days, 2 dish pods, 2 garbage bags, and 1 spare toilet paper roll per bathroom did not cut it. It was disappointing to have to pay for grocery delivery to keep the house stocked. Otherwise the house and location were great and we would totally rent again!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated.

The home has everything you need, you can entertain easily and never need to leave other than to restock the fridge. And with several grocery stores and markets within a short 10 minute drive that is very easy to do.

About 15 of us stayed here for a family gathering. The experience was PERFECT. The house is brand new, large, clean, and just as described. The pool, hot tub, basketball court, and putting green made everything that much more fun. The hosts were very responsive, reasonable, and straightforward with respect to all our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
