If requesting pool heat, please note that a daily fee will apply.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

We held our business planning session at this property and it was an excellent choice. With 9 attendees, the space was ideal for our needs, and the conference room setup worked perfectly. We also loved the range of amenities available, including a game room, poker room, a movie theatre/stage, as well as ping pong and billiard tables, which provided some great entertainment during our downtime. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the impressive pool area, I can easily see it being a fantastic spot for family gatherings. I highly recommend this venue!

Our time at this property was an exciting time. All age groups of the family were impressed. I would like to suggest that some of the amenities be maintained better. The pool Ipad would not stay connected so we had to go into the pool equipment area to turn on the pumps. The player piano didn't work, it would have been nice to have that playing. The gas grill doesn't cook evenly, one or more burners were not working properly. One oven in the pool house kitchen didn't work. The refrigerator in the second house had a sign on it saying "This refrigerator doesn't work well if it is filled to full"??? In the main house, in the ceiling of the kitchen, there was a knocking sound when the AC was running. It could also be heard in the bedroom above.

The Director of Operations, Ashley, greeted us at the home when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour of the property. I reached out prior to booking anything to make sure my plans were acceptable and they responded promptly and made things easy on me. Leading up to stay they provided me with everything I needed and communicated with me the entire time. When we showed up someone was there to great us and show us around the property. In my opinion, the property was much nicer in person than I imagined from the photos which was a nice surprise.

No heat in pool & lazy river

The houses on the property were very nice. We were quite upset when we arrived, because we had to pay a $500 early check in fee and were promised that the pool, lazy river and spa would be heated by our arrival time. Everything was cold, therfore, we could not use the pool, etc. for 24 hours. We asked for that $500 fee to be refunded and we were ignored! The putting green did not have any putters to use. The houses accomodated our large group. The pool house was lots of fun. We had a good time out back once the water features were warm. We were so sad to loose one entire day in the pool since we had a short stay.

This house, it’s amenities and condition were all way beyond any of our expectations. A couple of the guys in the group are extremely well traveled and almost exclusively travel on their private jet around the world, and even they were blown away. They were taking pictures and videos of the house and grounds. If you can manage to swing it...stay at Hozho Main Estate!

Upon contacting the property management company they responded within one minute and sent someone who was over to let our guest in their bedroom within 1 hour.

This house was amazing! We had 22 people staying here for my nephews 30th birthday and it was big enough for everybody and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The pool was amazing! I would definitely recommend this home for family gatherings or any kind of gathering with a lot of people! 10 out of 10!

This home had everything we could have imagined to make our Thompson family reunion an unbelievable experience! There was space inside for the grandparents who had elevator access if they needed it. The kitchen off of the pool allowed us to use the smoker and grill and set up evening dinners where we had space to all eat together ... we had morning breakfast and coffee every morning in the main house . The decor was completely updated and all so clean. Everything was extremely high end gorgeous! Everyone loved the pool, especially the lazy river. Key travel was spot on with our grocery order as well as a cupcake delivery for a 7th birthday celebration. I would highly recommend staying at the HOzho main house... we are already talking about coming back again.

We spent the week after Christmas here with my large extended family and it was amazing and so much fun. The home was beautiful and very clean. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and lazy river. When we arrived there was someone there to greet us and give us a tour and showed us how everything worked and that was very helpful. The staff was very attentive and if we had questions about anything they would help right away. Overall I would 10/10 recommend staying here we had a wonderful time!
