Outdoor Oasis: Unwind on the back patio complete with a calming water feature, firepit, suspended day beds, covered gazebo, and misting system with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining and lounging. The resort style backyard boasts a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa alongside your own putting green and gas grilling station.

Indoor Luxury: All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Thermador appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater or relax in harmony in your very own wellness room complete with infinity tub and massage tables.

Bedroom 1: Master Ensuite - plush king bed and elegant master bathroom which includes a free-standing tub, walk in shower, and a large, double vanity.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge. The spa is complimentarily heated.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

The location is convenient and close to anything you may need. It’s hard to want to leave the backyard with the beautiful pool, putting green, and multiple lounging areas. I’ll finish up by being impressed with the host, checking in with us and offering to help with any suggestions , issues or questions.

Only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars, is that the house lacked several of the basic amenities you’d expect in a large home like this one. There was a very limited number of paper towels, soap, kitchen utensils etc. I know the house is new but I’d recommend they “stock” the house a little bit better considering the price. It was also missing a few small items like towel racks/hooks. The pool deck was also very slippery and the steps seemed very dangerous. Again, overall the property was well kept, very nice and fun to hangout in. Just missing a few things in our groups opinion.

However, we provide a starter supply intended for your first day, and we encourage guests to purchase additional items as needed for the remainder of their stay. Regarding the pool deck, safety is our top priority, and we will promptly review and address your concerns. Anthony was a terrific host, but we did receive the entry code after we were already in the house. It didn’t really matter Because we never left the property.

They left the property in impeccable condition with no issues whatsoever. Their communication was excellent, and they truly lived up to their promise of being a "leave no trace" kind of crowd. They even took videos to ensure everything was in order and offered to discuss any discrepancies, which was incredibly considerate. We deeply appreciate their care and respect for our property. We would be thrilled to host Melissa again in the future. Highly recommended!

When our other accommodation cancelled on us at the last minute, the House and Home team got us into this home the next day. Carlos met us at the house at check-in to show us around and answer any questions.....and provided a phone number to text/call if needed. The home, which is brand new and beautifully designed, provided plenty of dishes, cooking tools, and towels (both bath and pool). Our family of 14 had plenty of room - including beds inset in the walls of the loft which the kids loved. The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment along with the putting green and outside TV area. The house was convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as other attractions (hiking, golfing, etc.) I would definitely recommend this home and this management team!

This home was amazing! Brand new everything including the pool! They have thought of everything on this home and it did not disappoint. Pool is brand new, built in hot tub and plenty of room to relax outdoors on the daybeds and in the evening around the fire pit. The movie theatre was great, everyone who stayed in our group had their own bathroom and the wives really enjoyed the spa area. 100% recommend. The property manager was next level! Welcome goodies when we arrived and she even showed us around the property so we knew how to use everything. We will be back to visit another HOZHO Scottsdale property for sure!
