The main house offers an open-plan kitchen and living area, a formal dining room, tasting room, and six bedrooms, five of which boast their own ensuite bathrooms. The casita provides two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full sleeper sofa, private kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1: Master King Ensuite featuring a free-standing tub and walk-in shower with a steam feature. The bathroom also includes two separate toilet rooms for added privacy, a walk-in closet for all your essentials, and three vanities, ensuring ample space for your morning routine.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible. *Disclaimer- Interior cameras are set up in the golf simulator room for machine & safety purposes. Camera is only activated when the simulator is turned on.

The house was amazing. The pictures don't do the house justice. The two property managers met us at the house gave us a tour and showed us how everything i mean everything works. Definitely recommend the property to anyone staying in the Scottsdale area

We were celebrating a special birthday for my wife. There were 10 adults and 7 grandchildren. Everyone loved the house and desert location (not far from grocery stores and restaurants though). Property management staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

This house was in the perfect location for our family! Close enough to everything we wanted to do while also providing amazing seclusion and privacy. The backyard is stunning and was perfect for my kids. The onsite host Sidney was fantastic and helped us with booking massages at the house as well as a private chef for dinner. We have found our new spot in Scottsdale!

I have a big family, and this beautiful estate fit our family perfectly. The pool was amazing and we spent every extra second that we could in it. Amazing people to work with at Hozho East! Billie was there to welcome our family when we arrived, and she gave us a grand tour. Our family definitely loved our stay. We are already planning to rent again, but maybe the estate next-door! 10 stars!

The house was amazing. We had eleven guys fit comfortably in this beautiful estate. We were greeted by Billie Marie for a quick tour of the property. Great communication throughout the week with management. We had an issue one day with the AC in the guest house, contacted Billie Marie and issue was resolved before we got back home from playing golf. Beautiful house and the backyard is awesome. Pool, hot tub, pool table and grill were all in working order. This is out first golf trip in over 20 years that we actually wanted to go back to the house and hangout. 10 out of 10!!

Our family travels to Scottsdale regularly and we now have found our home! From check-in to check-out this was an experience that surpasses all others. The home itself feels like you are at your own resort. Many plans we had for our stay were discarded because no one wanted to leave. The backyard is a paradise and my kids spent endless hours rotating between the slide, to the putting green, over to the outdoor pool table. It has a perfect theater in the home to help kids wind down, and a projector for watching the game out by the enormous hot tub was perfect for watching the game for us adults. Kudos to Billie and Scout and the H&H team. They met us at the home to check us in and made sure we understood everything about the home and were available throughout our stay with any questions we had as well were awesome in providing recommendations for us. Thanks again and we will be back!

My family travels a lot and almost always rents a vacation home. More times than not the pictures for a listing lead to disappointment upon arrival....this is NOT the case here!!! This place is truly unreal. First off this sits in a true compound. We felt like we were all by ourselves! The backyard is by far the most amazing resort style pool area we have ever been to. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We also would like to say thanks to Tony and his team. They walked us through the home, got us comfortable with how everything worked, and checked in with us throughout our stay. We will be back!!

This place is truly amazing, pictures can't describe how big this place is! The pool is huge and the kids loved the slide! We love, love, loved the outdoor spaces, the movie theatre, the unbelievable views and the outdoor movie screen. This area is so amazing and gives you that true desert feel. The house itself was enormous and gave us more than enough room to spread out and each couple had their own ensuite. Everything was smooth from check in to check out and the onsite host was super helpful whenever we had a questions or needed a recommendation. Would 100% recommend! We will be back!

We stayed at Hozo East for our company retreat and it did not disappoint. We managed to check off one of our company all time goals. The house is huge and accommodated 8 couples quite easily. Plenty of space to move around and a great location away from the hustle and bustle. The property is well suited to a large group and has facilities to cater for large groups.
