Description

This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a stress free weekend exploring Scottsdale. Step outside into the private backyard oasis with your own pool, putting green, covered patio and a fire pit with seating area. This is the perfect entertaining space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings and make smores while watching the unforgettable Arizona sunsets.
Desert Paradise is the ideal holiday home to spend your vacation at. There’s a large newly updated kitchen with a large kitchen island to prepare delicious meals. The professionally designed home has a bright and open floor plan with two amazing living areas and 4 spacious bedrooms that you'll have no problem having a great nights rest in.
This home is conveniently located to both Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, where you will find excellent dining options and some of the best shopping spots in Scottsdale. It's also situated near multiple golf courses and hiking options where you can fully enjoy everything the Valley of the Sun has to offer. This will be definitely a paradise to stay with while being home away from home.
Come stay at our home away from home for the Super Bowl, Barrett Jackson Auction, or the Waste Management Open at TPC Scottsdale.

Bedroom Configuration:

Bedroom 1- Spacious Master w/ King bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2- Queen guest room w/shared hall bathroom
Bedroom 3- Queen guest room w/shared hall bath
Bedroom 4- Queen guest bedroom w/shared hall bathroom
Living Room: Queen sofa bed

There is a charge for early check in and late check out. Please let us know if this is something you are interested in to accommodate your vacation travels.

Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home is located in North Scottsdale is about a 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

It was a very lovely beautiful home. We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and in a very good location for the Mayo Clinic, shopping, golfing and good walks.

We loved our stay at Desert Paradise.The home was amazing (somehow better than the pictures) and perfect for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located, close to shopping, restaurants and parks for the kiddo. It was also centrally located between a few Spring Training ball parks. Overall, this was an amazing property with service from the property management company to match. The app for check-in/checkout information and messaging made things very streamlined and easy. This will be the first place we look for on our next Arizona vacation.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We enjoyed the pool, putting green and other provided entertainment, breakfast outside on the covered patio. Very spacious in common areas and bedrooms. Management provided all essentials we needed for our family vacation. Only thing would be to mention that the listing says 2 bedrooms with a king bed but there is only 1 king bedroom. Something we were banking on with having a few children and babies. As disappointing and inconvenient as that was, we had an amazing time in Scottsdale and definitely recommend staying at Desert Paradise.

The property was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with all we needed although in retrospect an extra bathroom would have been nice. Would definitely recommend .
